The proportion for the total heating length & the power is 1:2 or 1:3, and the limit is 1:4, that is to say, the heating length of one meter is 2KW, 3KW and 4KW at most. For the same length, the larger the power, the faster the scale, the shorter the life. Therefore, if you want to prolong the life of the Water Tank Heater Screw Plug Immersion Heater , pls reduce the power per meter.
1.The heating area is more easily for dry burning,it will lead to the high temperature of the heating tube and destroy the the resistance wire and then influence the life of the heater element.
2.More water scale.
3.Over designed power ,this will lead to the high surface load of the screw plug water tank heater element and lead to high temperature.
4.Unproper material selection,if the tube material is not anti-corrosion,the heating tube will be corroded and lead to broken.
Consider the installation method of water tank heater element, horizontal installation or vertical installation. The installation method is mainly to consider the non-heating zone of the immersion heater, so as to avoid the dry burning phenomenon of the Water Tank Heater Screw Plug Immersion Heater when working.
